These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of our barista training services. By using our website or booking a training session, you agree to these terms.

Espresso Crew provides professional barista training and coffee consultancy services for cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and other hospitality businesses across the UK.

2. Our Services
We provide practical, hands-on barista training tailored to the needs of each business.
Training may include, but is not limited to:
Foundation Barista Training
Advanced Barista Skills
Latte Art Training
Team Development & Refresher Training
New Venue Launch Training
Bespoke coffee consultancy
All training programmes are customised to the client's requirements.
3. Booking
Training sessions are confirmed once both parties agree the training date and scope of work.
We reserve the right to decline bookings where we are unable to provide the requested service.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided in quotations or proposals issued by Espresso Crew.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due according to the invoice terms.
Late payments may result in postponed training until payment has been received.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the training date may be rescheduled without charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled training may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If Espresso Crew needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a new mutually convenient date as soon as possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best possible training, clients agree to:
Provide safe access to the training location.
Ensure coffee equipment is operational.
Ensure sufficient staff are available during the agreed training time.
Inform us of any site-specific health and safety requirements.
7. Training Outcomes
Our training is designed to improve knowledge, practical skills and confidence.
While we aim to help every participant achieve excellent results, individual performance and business outcomes will depend on continued practice, management support and workplace conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All Espresso Crew training materials, guides, documents, presentations, photographs, videos and website content remain the intellectual property of Espresso Crew unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Photography & Marketing
With your permission, we may photograph or film parts of a training session for promotional purposes, including our website and social media.
If you would prefer not to appear in any marketing materials, please let us know before the training begins.
10. Liability
We take every reasonable care when providing our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Espresso Crew shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Website
Whilst we aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate or available.
We may update our website and services at any time without prior notice.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
