Do my baristas need previous experience?
Not at all. We offer training for different skill levels, from essential barista skills through to advanced techniques, latte art and coffee tasting.
How many baristas can attend?
This depends on the course and your equipment. We keep groups practical and hands-on so everyone gets plenty of time behind the machine.
How long are the training sessions?
Sessions vary depending on the course, from focused 2-hour training sessions to full-day coffee experiences.
What will my team learn?
Depending on the course, training can cover espresso recipes, grinder calibration, milk texturing, drink quality, latte art, workflow, cleaning, customer service and coffee knowledge.
Can you tailor the training to our business?
Absolutely. We can adapt the session around your team, coffee, equipment, menu and the challenges you face day to day.
Can you help us improve the coffee we're already serving?
Yes. We can review your coffee, recipes, equipment, workflow and team skills and identify practical ways to improve quality and consistency.
